When it comes to our 814 Day, it doesn’t matter if you’re a first-time rookie or a seasoned 5-year veteran. It’s simple: 814 Day is our biggest sale event of the year, taking place every August 14th. But this year, there’s a small twist – we’re ditching the long lines and bins, and making saving easier for everyone!

WHEN DOES THE 814 DAY SALE START?
The 5th Annual 814 Day Sale will go live online Monday, August 14, 2023, at 8 AM Eastern Time. Our 12th Street store opens at 9 AM.
IS THE 814 DAY SALE IN-STORE, ONLINE, OR BOTH?
BOTH! However this year, 814 Day is favoring online! “Why,” you ask? Well, seeing as 814 Day falls on a Monday this year, we wanted to make your customer shopping experience as easy and frictionless as possible! Plus, an online sale event allows us to simplify discounts and give you the most savings (25% to 60% off sitewide!). Our stores will be open, but the largest selection will be online for these reasons. If you love in store shopping you'll still have access to great deals, but the selection is a bit more limited.
WHAT’S NEW THIS YEAR?
Through customer feedback, we learned that most of you prefer to get your shopping done online, thus the changes above. But, we’re also adding a new wrinkle, with NEW RELEASES being made available at 8 AM, 12 PM, and finally 4PM. These drops will take place both online and at our 12th Street Store, if you prefer to check them out in person! Both in-store and online shoppers will get fun extras and surprises with their orders while supplies last, too!

- 12th Street: 9 AM - 6 PM
- City Supply (Downtown): 11 AM - 6 PM
CAN I GET EARLY ACCESS TO THE SALE?
1 Day advance access to the 814 Day sale rates will be available as a perk to membership of our Vintage Tee Club! If you’re a member, or sign up before 8/12, just keep an eye on your email for your early access code.
SHIPPING/PICK-UP
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE ONCE I’VE PLACED MY 814 DAY ORDER?
We anticipate most 814 Day shipments to be sent out no later than Wednesday, 8/16.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST ON 814 DAY?
This year, shipping is 100% FREE on all orders over $50!
We’ve also made shipping free on all second, third, fourth, (and so on), purchases. This way, if you want to order more than once, but don’t meet that $50 threshold the second or third time around, you won’t be penalized for it! Please note that shipping on all other orders under $50 will be charged a Flat Rate of $3.99 (which we've reduced from $5.49 for additional 814 Day savings).
I’VE SELECTED IN-STORE PICK-UP; HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE READY?
We’ll begin sending pickup notifications as early as Monday afternoon, but we would advise you to plan your pickup for the days following the sale to avoid any traffic and congestion!
ORDERS/RETURNS
I’VE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE IT?
While 814 Day is incredibly busy for our staff, we’ll do our best to accommodate making changes to your 814 Day order! If you need help with this, send an email to help@erieapparel.co with the subject line “My 814 Day Order” for prompt assistance.
I’VE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS. CAN I COMBINE THEM?
We will be doing everything we can to avoid multiple shipments, but the tremendous volume means finding and combining orders is much more tedious than usual, so if you ordered multiple times expect multiple shipments. For pickups, simply wait until you’ve received a pickup notification for each of your orders before coming by to avoid multiple trips.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS I PURCHASED ON 814 DAY?
We will accept exchanges for store credit in the value of the price paid at time of purchase. Size exchanges will be honored as inventory allows.
OTHER/MISC
CAN I USE MY EA REWARDS POINTS DURING THE 814 DAY SALE?
Unfortunately we are not able to combine EA Rewards points with savings from the 814 Day Sale. Sorry about that!
HOW DO I RSVP TO THE 814 DAY SALE?
Easy. You can RSVP to the 814 Day Sale by CLICKING HERE!
I DON'T USE FACEBOOK SO I CAN'T RSVP. CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE IN THE 814 DAY SALE?
You sure can! Simply put, our Facebook event page for 814 Day allows us to gauge a customer headcount and it provides us an additional means of communicating with everyone interested in the sale. If you don't want to RSVP, or aren't on Facebook, just make sure to check your emails from Erie Apparel leading up to August 14th, and you'll be good to go.
