GENERAL
Q: What’s new this year?
A: Honestly, not too much! The idea this year is to get back to our roots with Saturday’s “Street Sale” and give customers an opportunity to seek out the lowest priced items that we’ve been hanging onto. Besides that, we’ve been dropping new designs, colors, and styles each of the last 3 weeks (which will all be on sale during 814 DAYS).
Q: Why is 814 DAY split into 2-days?
A: Since 814 DAY (8/14) falls on a Wednesday this year, it didn’t feel right to hold a big in-person sale while most folks were at work. That’s why Wednesday’s best deals are ONLINE, and we reserved the in-person Street Sale for Saturday, which aligns nicely with Celebrate Erie!

814 DAY “ONLINE” SALE: Wednesday, August 14th
- Online: 8am - 11:59pm
- 12th Street: 10am - 6pm
- City Supply: 11am - 6pm
814 DAY “STREET SALE”: Saturday, August 17th
- City Supply: 8am - 6pm
Q: Where should I park for the 814 Day "Street Sale" on Saturday, August 17th?
A: The parking garage on 5th & Peach is probably your best bet for easy access parking. It's a block away from City Supply (see map below).
Q: Can I get early access to the sale?
A: Yes! If you’re a member of our Vintage Tee Club, you will be granted early access to 814 DAY “ONLINE”. If you’re not a member of the VTC, but would like to be/get early access, sign up before August 11th.

Shipping/Pick-Up
Q: How much does shipping cost on 814 Day?
A: All online orders this 814 Day will ship for $3.99 or you can select in-store pickup, which is always free!
Q: How long will shipping take once I’ve placed my 814 Day order?
A: We anticipate most 814 Day shipments to be sent out no later than Thursday, August 15th.
Q: I selected in-store pickup. How soon will my order be ready?
A: We’ll begin sending pickup notifications as early as Wednesday afternoon, but we would advise you to plan your pickup for the days following the sale to avoid traffic and congestion at 12th Street!
Orders
Q: I made a mistake on my order… Can I change it?
A: We will do our best to accommodate making changes to your 814 Day order! If you need help with this, please send an email to help@erieapparel.co with your Order # and the subject line “814 Day Order 2024” for prompt assistance.
Q: I placed multiple orders. Can I combine them?
A: Possibly… but probably not. The tremendous order volume on 814 Day means finding and combining shipments is much more tedious than usual. However, we will be doing everything we can to avoid multiple shipments! For multiple in-store pickup orders, simply wait until you’ve received pickup notifications for each of your orders before coming by to avoid multiple trips.
Q: Can I return or exchange products I purchased on 814 Day?
A: We will accept exchanges for store credit in the value of the price paid at time of purchase. Size exchanges will be honored as inventory allows.
Other
Q: Can I use my EA Rewards Points during the 814 Day Sale?
A: Unfortunately we are not able to combine EA Rewards points with savings from the 814 Day Sale. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Q: How do I RSVP to the 814 Day “Street Sale” on Saturday, August 17th?
