It’s both! This year, you’ll have the choice to shop in-store at either our Flagship Store on 12th Street, City Supply at The Shops at 5th & State or from the comfort of your home by visiting our website: erieapparel.co
What are the deals/discounts this year, and where can I find them?
While we can’t reveal the deals and discounts just yet, you’ll be happy to know this 814 Day is going to feature more savings than ever before. Check back in a few days for official sale details.

If I’m shopping in-store at 12th Street, where should I park?
If you can’t find a spot in front of the store, overflow parking will be available behind our building. Alternatively, you can walk over from the lots adjacent to Arby’s, Dunn Tire, or even across the Street at the former Gabe’s parking lot near the West Erie Plaza. Get Directions

Shipping/Pick-up
How long will shipping take once I’ve placed my 814 Day order?
We anticipate most 814 Day shipments to be sent out no later than Tuesday 8/16.
How much does shipping cost on 814 Day?
Shipping for all orders under $75 will be charged our Flat Rate of $5.49, and we’ll continue to offer Free Shipping for all above the $75 threshold.
I’ve selected in-store pick-up; how soon will my order be ready?
We’ll begin sending pickup notifications as early as Sunday afternoon, but we would advise you to plan your pickup for the days following the sale to avoid the traffic and congestion.

I’ve made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?
While 814 Day is incredibly busy for our staff, we’ll do our best to accommodate making changes to your 814 Day order! If you need help with this, send an email to help@erieapparel.co with the subject line “My 814 Day Order” for prompt assistance.
I’ve placed multiple orders. Can I combine them?
Unfortunately not. The tremendous volume means finding and combining orders is harder than usual, so if you ordered multiple times expect multiple shipments. Alternatively, wait until you’ve received a pickup notification for each of your orders before coming by to avoid multiple trips.
Can I return or exchange products I purchased on 814 Day?
Items considered “Final Stock” ($12 Tees, Mystery Items, $25 Fleece, In-Store Warehouse Bins, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Great question! When you’re an 814 Day VIP, you’ll receive early online access to the 814 Day Sale. This perk grants you first dibs on the biggest deals of the year, and ensures you’re selecting from the largest assortment of inventory.
How do I become an 814 Day VIP?
To become an 814 Day VIP, you’ll need to purchase an 814 Day VIP Ticket (available 8/1/22) for $5 on our website. Quantities will be (very) limited!
Can I use my EA Rewards points during the 814 Day Sale?
Unfortunately we are not able to combine EA Rewards points with savings from the 814 Day Sale. Sorry about that!
How do I RSVP to the 814 Day Sale?

I don't use Facebook so I can't RSVP. Can I still participate in the 814 Day Sale?
Absolutely you can! Simply put, our Facebook event page for 814 Day allows us to gauge a customer headcount and it provides us an additional means of communicating with everyone interested in the sale. If you don't want to RSVP, or aren't on Facebook, just make sure to check your emails from Erie Apparel leading up to August 14th, and you'll be set.
